Never say never! A brand new album by all four original members of NIGHTRIDER!

NIGHTRIDER was formed over 40 years ago by four teenagers from Nashua, NH. We were a force of raw energy, with a shared love of hard rock and the emerging New Wave of British Heavy Metal scene. Over several years, we pushed each other to become the best we could be while developing friendships that have stood the test of time, marriages, jobs, other bands, and cross-country moves.

We had almost no cash back then. If we wanted a new guitar, we had to sell the old one to buy it. We also had virtually no access to proper recording studios or equipment. Although some studio recordings exist from that era, as a band we felt we needed to finally record what we felt were great songs using today’s technology and write a few new ones as well.

“Into The Future” was recorded over the last year and contains both new songs and classic tracks from the early 1980s that were not included on 2019’s “Rock Machine” album. In addition, two bonus tracks are included which are the first original compositions we ever recorded in a “real” recording studio (Destiny Recording Studio in Wilmington, MA) back in 1980. It is a trip listening to our young voices and emerging talent as musicians and songwriters.

If you are a fan of classic hard rock and metal, especially from the NWOBHM period (think bands like Deep Purple, Black Sabbath, Judas Priest, Iron Maiden, Def Leppard), you should love this album.

This album is a BANDCAMP exclusive until 2024. It should be no secret, services like Spotify simply do not support artists in any tangible way. One person paying for a download of this album on BANDCAMP provides more revenue to the band than 1000 streams on Spotify.

Whether we produce physical CD’s of this album will be based on demand. Drop us a note if you would like a copy and we’ll revisit that in January when we add the album to all the major streaming services.

I fell in love with their newer album, so i decided to get this one as well, and I do thank my greed for awesome NWOTHM for this good choice! I mean it's great music like Crimson Glory and Judas Priest, with very talented guitar players, and a very high-pitched vocals à la Helloween and Whitesnake and IMHO really cool lyrics.
